Policies

Payment for the program is due 72 hours prior to your first lesson.

Proof of current rabies vaccination required.

Any cancellation within 72 hours is either lost by the client or if the client chooses to reschedule, a $35 rescheduling fee will apply.

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Positive Paws Pet Professional.

Dog walking is Monday through Friday 10am-2pm, any walks outside of these hours is considered a pet sitting visit.

Weekly Part of the Pack rates are defined as one visit each day Monday through Friday. 

Payment for single walk is due 72 hours prior to your walk.  Payment for Part of the Pack bundle is due 72 hours prior to your first scheduled walk.

Payment in full is required 5 days prior to your first visit.

Please notify us of a cancellation with at least 72 hours notice or 50% of total fee is applied.

We reserve the following holidays: 

New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus/Indigenous Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Any walk or pet sit an additional $15 Holiday Fee will apply.

Training will be closed.
